Work

Things that exist.

Five projects. Three with AI inside, two at the scale of global brands.

Motion study: a work order moves across a workshop board, from open to assigned, repair, quality control and closed, while an AI panel suggests next steps and a deadline counts down.

01 / 05 — SaaS · AI · Portugal

Schmitz Cargobull In production

Workshop management, built from scratch, with AI inside the flow.

Problem
A workshop runs on many moving parts at once: work orders, technicians, repairs and quality control, all against deadlines.
Thinking
AI is only useful where the decision is made. So decision support lives inside the real workflow, not in a separate tool or a chat window.
Result
In production in Portugal, used every day by real teams, with room to expand to other markets.

Motion study: an age input passes through validated rules, a language model generates a weekly plan, and every meal is checked against the rules.

02 / 05 — Health & parenting · Rules + LLM

Infant nutrition

Meal plans for babies, generated by AI, with medical safety at the centre.

Problem
A language model can personalise, but in infant nutrition a confident mistake is not an option.
Thinking
Safety first, personalisation second. Structured medical and nutrition rules set the boundaries; the model only works inside them.
Built
Plans adapted to age and stage of development

Motion study: a stream of requests waiting for a person passes through a rules-plus-LLM node and comes out decided.

03 / 05 — Tools & decisions · LLMs

Decision automation In development

Tools that hand repetitive decisions to AI.

Problem
Repetitive business decisions, made the same way again and again.
Thinking
Prototype fast with LLMs, then keep only what has measurable impact in the real world.

Motion study: a customer journey (discover, buy, receive, return) orbits the customer, lighting up technology, marketing and logistics in turn.

04 / 05 — Product strategy · Omnichannel

Grupo Boticário Now

Product strategy and omnichannel for Brazil’s largest beauty group.

Problem
A shopping experience only feels consistent when technology, marketing and logistics move together.
Thinking
Product strategy as the link between those teams, with the customer as the single point of view.
Result
Shopping experiences designed to be consistent, scalable and customer-centred.

Motion study: a car configurator steps through model, trim, colour and extras, then a quote is requested.

05 / 05 — Digital sales · Configurators

BMW · MINI · SEAT · CUPRA

Digital car sales for some of the world’s biggest car brands.

Problem
Digital sales experiences and configurators that work, and convert, in several markets at once.
Thinking
Localise the product for each market, and judge it by conversion and marketing performance.
Built
Digital sales experiences
